Reminder: Air Conditioning Units

As a reminder – window / wall / through-wall air conditioning units are a prohibited item.  Air conditioning units that protrude from the face of any wall or through a window are strictly prohibited.  Only central air conditioning, from a pad-mounted air conditioning delivered via duct-work is permitted.  (Reference Ravenna HOA Architectural Standards, May 2009, Section E.3.c)
