Anticipating late registration for some accounts during the transition to CFM, the board is providing a 30 day grace period for late fees for the month of Aug 2022. Any payment for your monthly maintenance assessment (monthly dues) should be submitted to CFM either via check and post, or electronically.
Late fees will resume in Sep for any account that is not current.
As a reminder, monthly maintenance assessments (monthly dues) are due on the 1st of the month. If payment is not received and credited to the account by close of business on the 10th of the month, a late fee of 10% will be applied to the account the morning of the 11th.
