“The Board is notifying Ravenna Homeowners that Golf Carts are prohibited in Ravenna subdivision until further notice for the following reasons:
- Requires city council approval, signage, other requirements that need to be met before Golf Carts can be permitted in Ravenna subdivision.
- Several Reports and witness of near collisions between cars and Golf Carts near the entrance of Ravenna.
- Several Reports and witness of Minors under the age of 16 operating Golf Carts.
- Due to the above, this is a significant liability to the Ravenna Homeowners Association”
