cfm transition update

For the upcoming transition of the financial management aspects to Community First Management (CFM) on 01 Aug all homeowners should have received a hard copy of the attached letter.  If not, the attached electronic version provides important information on the transition and steps required for homeowners.  *

*** IMPORTANT – The third page is the information sheet which CFM needs to validate contact information of homeowner accounts on file. If an email address is not on file, there is no method of sending the homeowner an electronic link to set up an ACH draft for monthly dues. ****

1. If a homeowner pays monthly dues via check and US postal service, the new address to send the check to is – Community First Management.

2. If a homeowner pays monthly dues a bank bill pay service, the address for the payment needs to be changed with your bank to:
   Community First Management

We are being told by CSM, that if a homeowner arranged an ACH draft with CSM, that the auto drafts will stop this month and will not take place for the Aug payment.

The BoD will verify that accounts are correct once the transition occurs and accounts are transferred.
